The iconic season cross-over event of the year will be making its return to Snowbasin on Saturday, April 15. Guests are encouraged to dress in their wildest costumes and attempt the ride of their life at the resort’s 9th Annual Pond Skim, sponsored by Uinta Brewing and Coca-Cola. Along with the 100-foot adrenaline rush, everyone can enjoy great tunes, food and spring weather!
Online registration is full and was limited to 250 people. An additional 50 spots will be reserved for day-of registration at 8:30am at the Activities Desk inside Earl's Lodge. Participation costs $10, with proceeds donated to the Weber County Fire Department. Participants must sign a waiver and are encouraged to bring a towel. Helmets are strongly encouraged to participate, and ski poles are not allowed.

Location
The 100' pond will be located at the bottom of Orson's Terrain Park, near the base area. Guests & participants can either take a short hike up to the pond from the base area (approximately 200 yards) or ski down from one of our lifts with a season pass or lift ticket.

Beer
For those ages 21+, canned beverages will be available at the pond from Uinta Brewing for $10. Beer is 16oz with the Was Angeles Lager and Freeze Frame IPA available. Their Cherry Limeade Seltzer is 19.2oz. Due to the remote location, payment will be cash only. An ATM is available inside the Grizzly Center.
Draft Uinta beer is available on the plaza and credit cards are accepted there, about 200 yards below the pond. Additional food and beverage offerings are available inside Earl's Lodge and Cinnabar.
