Bike Park powered by SCOTT
New for summer 2026, Snowbasin is building a lift-served bike park powered by SCOTT. Located off Littlecat Express, the park will feature purpose-built trails ranging from mellow, beginner-friendly runs with dirt berms and wooden skill features to intermediate and advanced flow trails with tabletops, step-downs, and wooden features throughout. The park is designed to grow, with room to expand in future seasons. SCOTT bike rentals will be available at the Grizzly Center beginning in 2027.
Multi-Use Trails
Bikes are welcome to load the Needles Gondola on weekends, providing access to Snowbasin's upper-mountain trail network. These are natural, multi-use trails shared with hikers, best suited for experienced riders comfortable on variable terrain. For lift-served riding on purpose-built trails with dedicated bike infrastructure, the Bike Park off Littlecat Express is the place to be.
Cross Country Mountain Biking
Snowbasin sits within one of Northern Utah's largest mountain biking trail networks, with connections to nearly 50 miles of US Forest Service trails winding through aspen groves and pine glades above 9,000 feet. These trails are best suited for self-supported cross-country riders looking to explore the mountain on their own terms.
E-Bikes
E-bikes are not permitted in the Bike Park, accessed via Littlecat Express. E-bikes are permitted on trails within the Snowbasin Resort boundary, accessed via Needles Gondola or by cross-country. E-bikes are also not permitted on adjacent US Forest Service trails, including Sardine Peak, Wheeler Canyon, East Fork, and Middle Fork.
