Additional admission options:

Online Ticket Purchases When you purchase event tickets online, you'll receive them as digital tickets, with no extra fees. Look for two emails: one confirming your order, and a second with your actual event ticket attached. The QR code in that second email is what you'll need to access the venue, so hang onto it. Please note that online tickets cannot be printed on site. If you already have a Basin Card, the access will also be loaded to your card automatically, and either method can be used for entry.
On-Site Ticket Purchases Prefer to buy in person? Event tickets are still available at the ticket window, but will only be issued as physical tickets. An RFID-enabled Basin Card will be required. New Basin Cards may be purchased for $2 and can be reloaded. Already have a card from a previous visit? It can be reloaded year-round for continued use for any event or activity that requires a Basin Card. Please note that lost, stolen, or damaged cards must be repurchased and cannot be refunded.
