Snowbasin's Mountain Operations team has been hard at work the past few summers. With the widening of Mt. Ogden Bowl Road in 2018 and additional snowmaking added to the area in 2019, intermediates can easily enjoy this part of the mountain and all the cuisine John Paul Lodge has to offer.
Outside Food & Drink is not permitted on the upper level of Needles Lodge. This helps prevent contamination of food and allergens while reserving tables for guests dining with Snowbasin. Picnic spaces are located in the following areas:
Novice and non-skiers are welcome to experience John Paul Lodge! Sightseeing tickets are available to ride up and ride down the John Paul Express Quad.
