Due to the fact that we cannot control how you will act/react when you get scared, everyone ENTERS AT THEIR OWN RISK. Here are the other rules we enforce at the Haunted Basin:

1. NO touching of the participants or actors.
2. NO running or rough housing.  Walking only.
3. Stay on the trail.
4. NO swearing or foul language.
5. NO lewd behavior.
6. NO smoking, alcohol or illegal substances in the haunt.
7. NO firearms or weapons of any type.
8. NO destruction or theft of any props or property.
9. DO NOT use any devices to illuminate your way along the trail: this ruins well planned effects and changes the experience for other guests.
10. Snowbasin Resort reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any reason.
11. NO video or photography allowed without prior written approval.
12. BE RESPECTFUL!  To staff, to actors, and to each other.
13. Be scared but be safe!

Obeying these rules will make a safer and more enjoyable experience for everyone.  Anyone caught breaking the rules will be escorted off the premises and will be subject to prosecution.  By entering the haunted attraction, you agree to all of the above and take full responsibility for ALL of your actions whether intentional or accidental.  Snowbasin Resort and any of their affiliates are not responsible for any loss, stolen and/or damaged possessions or patrons while on the premise and may not be held responsible in any case.
