What is the Snowbasin Learn & Earn Assurance Program?
If a covered season-ending event happens over the course of the ski season, you may be eligible for a full or prorated refund depending on the days skied and the date of the request.
If I don't buy the Learn & Earn Program Assurance at purchase, am I able to add it at a future date?
No, it must be added during the original time of purchase to have coverage.
How do I submit a refund request?
We obviously hope you get the most out of your season pass purchase. If you feel you meet one of the personal coverage scenarios please email our team at passprotection@snowbasin.com.
Please put "REFUND" in the subject line. Include your email, name, date of birth and phone number. Explain the reason for your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for consideration.
We will respond to your request in the order it was received. Supporting documents (such as a note from a physician for an injury) may be requested by our team and refunds will be determined and issued.
What happens if my personal event occurs, however, I have exceeded the amount of days skied for the request date?
If your quantity of days skied exceeds the limits listed in the personal event request date, you will be moved into the refund tier where your number of days skied falls under. For example, if you make your personal event request on December 14, 2026, but you have skied 2 days, you would qualify for a 50% refund. Anyone who has skied 7 or more days, or processes a request after February 15th, will not be eligible for a refund.
