The Mountains are Looking Incredible This Season

The fall colors are absolutely stunning right now at Snowbasin. We're talking vibrant reds, brilliant oranges, and those golden yellows that make you stop mid-hike just to take it all in. It's some of the best fall foliage Utah has to offer. The maples are showing off with deep crimson leaves while the aspens are practically glowing gold in the afternoon sun. 

SnowWiesn Oktoberfest is Here

Time to dust off those lederhosen! Our SnowWiesn Oktoberfest celebration brings authentic Bavarian vibes to the mountains with craft beer, German food, and activities the whole family will enjoy. We're talking stein-holding contests, costume competitions, and live music. The mountain market is packed with local goods, so you can find some unique treasures while you're here. There's nothing quite like enjoying a pretzel and beer while surrounded by fall colors.

Gondola Rides with Amazing Views

Want to see those colors from above? Our scenic 12-minute Needles Gondola ride gives you incredible views the whole way up to 8,700 feet. Weekend gondola service runs Saturdays 9am to 4pm and Sundays 9am to 4pm, so you can catch that golden hour on Sunday evenings. 

Mini Golf with a View

Our Wildflower Mini Golf course is more fun than your average putt-putt. Every hole has mountain backdrops, and right now those fall colors make it feel like you're playing through a painting. It's perfect for families or anyone who wants a fun break between adventures. 

Sunset Social

Want to take your fall experience to the next level? Our Thursday Sunset Social events at Needles Lodge offer the ultimate mountain-top evening experience. Picture this: live music, craft cocktails, delicious pub fare, and panoramic sunset views from 8,700 feet, all surrounded by fall's spectacular color display. It's the perfect way to end a day exploring the mountain, with the fall foliage creating an unforgettable backdrop as the sun sets over the Wasatch Range. Experience this magic on Thursdays from 5pm to 10pm, July 10th through October 2nd.

Fall Access
