To save time when picking up your season passes, you can upload your photo in advance and complete your season pass profile online.
Please Complete The Following
•Click Here to visit the Snowbasin.com Online Store and sign-in to the account used when purchasing your pass.
•Select "Upload Photo" to add photos for yourself, and all members of your family.
•Select "Basic Information" and "Address Book" to verify name and address information for yourself, and all members of your family.
For returning pass holders, your previous season pass card is valid for the upcoming season as long as your pass is paid in full. If you would like to pick up a new pass, you must do so before Opening Day of the 2021-22 season. The resort is open daily from 8am to 4pm during the winter season, and on weekends during summer.
Step 1: Click Here to visit the Snowbasin.com online store.
Step 2: Sign into the account you used when purchasing your 2020-21 season pass.
Step 3: Select "Upload Photo."
Step 4: Click "Choose File" and select an image of your full-face where you are looking straight at the camera. Afterwards, click "Upload." The photo must be of you alone, and cropped to your face prior to uploading.
*Please note: The file must be smaller than 1.5 MB to upload. If your file is too large, taking a screenshot of your image may be an easy way reduce the file size or to crop prior to uploading. If uploading from an iPhone, you can choose the image size at the bottom of the screen after making your photo selection.
Step 5: Repeat this process for all members of your family by selecting each individual at the top of the screen.
Step 6: Select "Address Book" and "Basic Information" to verify contact information is accurate for yourself and members of your family.
Step 7: Be sure to check out "Stored Value" and Resort Charge." These optional features allow you to leave your wallet at home and purchase resort products using your season pass.
•Stored Value acts like a gift card and loads a pre-determined dollar amount to each season pass.
•Resort Charge connects your credit or debit card to your pass, allowing you to use your season pass to make charges on your card.
