Our award-winning Snow Sports School inspires children to actively learn skiing and snowboarding in a fun and safe environment. Children are grouped by age and ability. Dedicated instructors will tailor lessons around the needs and abilities of each student. Lessons are offered to ages 4-6 or ages 7-12. We also offer multi-week programs for anyone who wants to take it to the next level. Snowbasin's Mantra of "Safety, Fun, and Learning" will keep your children laughing, smiling and skiing or snowboarding better than ever before.
As always, the primary concern in Snowbasin’s Snow Sports programming is for the safety and comfort of our guests and our staff. We will present our lesson experience as we have in the past with several significant adjustments in group lesson class sizes, meeting place management and the requirement for reservations and advanced purchase.
If you have reserved ski or snowboard rentals with your lesson you may come into the Learning Center to pick them up. If you have someone under the age of 18, their guardian will need to come in with them to pick up their rentals. We ask for only one adult to accompany minors allowing for social distancing. Most importantly if you are sick or your kids are sick stay home and reschedule your lesson.
Please check-in at the Wildflower Meadow 15 minutes prior to lesson time.

DINO-MITES, AGES 4-6 PRIVATE LESSONS: Privates Only
***Due to COVID-19, only private lessons will be offered for this age group. We will be offering special pricing this season. Only one person is allowed per private lesson with this age group.
Using teaching methods specifically geared towards this age group, Dino-Mites focuses on developing your child’s excitement towards skiing and snowboarding. With unique learning terrain such as our Adventure Trails, our instructors use a unique teaching approach to building skills faster and easier!

RAPTORS, AGES 7-12 DAILY LESSONS
A unique student-centered program designed to build confidence and support the development of essential skills for skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels. Through teaching methodologies created specifically for this age group, participants will learn to responsibly explore Snowbasin Resort’s diverse
terrain.
Raptors is an all-day program that includes lunch.
