This week's Dining Discovery Cinnabar Experience highlights Soul Food. If you miss it then plan to join us in the Cinnabar on March 12th as well.
Snowbasin’s culinary professionals will create a fresh home-made Soul-food experience that will be one of the biggest southern delights this side of the Mississippi. ‘Soul Food’ today is more than 300 years in the making of traditions, ingredients, and cultures from all over the world. Slow-smoking, frying, and braising of field greens were typical means to cook, and from that come the great classics like Fried-Chicken, Fried Okra, Hush Puppies, Catfish, BBQ Ribs, chitterlings, collard greens, and cornbread.
*No reservations needed.
