First course: Whiskey marinated Pork belly with fig jam, pickled mustard seed, pickled red onion, and butternut squash puree
Salad: Spinach and watercress with roasted black Barley, hazelnuts, roasted butternut squash, dried apricots, and a whiskey ginger vinaigrette
Soup: Guinness Stew
Entrée: Ruby Red Trout, in a habanero whiskey citrus sauce, with white wine risotto, and blistered grape tomatoes, and sugar snap peas
Dessert: Whiskey tiramisu with a whiskey infused whipped cream and lady fingers
