On Friday, October 19 Snowbasin’s chefs will be preparing a traditional New England Clambake with some Snowbasin flair. Snowbasin chefs will build a fire pit with local granite rock and Gambel oak wood; then bury all the ingredients in layers of seaweed, wet burlap and sand. Before the meal, all the items will be dug up, placed in piles and then served for your pleasure. While everyone dines there will be live music from the Roadside Ramblers. Reservations are required for the Clam Bake. The Annual Halloween Bash is back at Earl’s Lodge on Saturday, October 27 from 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm.
