Snowbasin Resort is thrilled to announce that they will extend the 2018-2019 season and remain open through Sunday, April 21.
“Keeping the resort open a week past our scheduled closing date is the right thing to do with the amazing season we have had so far. We had our earliest opening ever, February was our second snowiest February on record, and we received great snow in March. We have had an incredible snow year and our staff is excited to work another week to make this the best season in history” said Davy Ratchford, General Manager. “Our guests are some of the best in the industry and we are excited to offer everyone another week of skiing, finishing by offering over 150 days on the slopes.”
There is still plenty of fun remaining, with our 7th annual Pond Skim on Saturday, April 6. Guests can see if they have what it takes to cross the pond with the best style for a chance to win a 2019-2020 season pass. This year’s pond will be over 90 feet long and the longest pond, Snowbasin has ever had.
Sunday, April 21 Earl’s Lodge will be hosting their annual all-you-can-eat Easter Brunch from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 801-620-1021.
Starting April 8, Snowbasin will offer $49 lift tickets for current season pass holders from other resorts.
