Snowbasin Resort is offering spring dining events in April and May to continue the monthly elevated Dining Discovery experiences. The new culinary leadership team Alan Dickerson, Director of Food and Beverage and Nick Davies, Executive Chef, is excited to share their fresh ideas with guests for an all-you-can-eat Easter Brunch and Mother’s Day Brunch. They are pleased to continue the Dining Discovery tradition at Snowbasin Resort and hope guests delight in new menu items like Eggs Florentine Benedict, Deep Fried Cinnamon French Toast, live chef stations and more.

Easter Brunch is held in Earl’s Lodge from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm on Sunday, April 21, 2019. The adult price is $55, youth (6-12) is $30 and kids 5 and under are free. Mother’s Day Brunch is held in Earl’s Lodge from 10:30 am – 4:30 pm on Sunday, May 12, 2019. The adult price is $65, Youth (6-12) is $35 and kids 5 and under are free.
