| Similar to the Earls Lodge
Dining Room, the Needles Lodge Dining Room also has serving
stations where you order directly from the cook and can watch
your food being prepared. Needles Lodge features Austrian
cuisine, in addition to most of the same menu items served at
Earls Lodge. Austrian specialties such as bratwurst with
sauerkraut, wienerschnitzel with pommes frites, cabbage rolls
with German potato salad are served daily. Other Austrian
entrees will be served from time to time as specials.
Additionally, Needles Lodge serves as Snowbasin's on-mountain
special events location.
