stations where you order directly from the cook and watch
your food being prepared. In addition to most of the same menu items served at
Earls Lodge, Needles Lodge features Austrian specialties such as bratwurst with
sauerkraut, wienerschnitzel with pommes frites, cabbage rolls
with German potato salad are served daily.
