and roast platters are prepared for you at our carving station.
California rolls, udon noodle bowls, potstickers and your choice
of stir-fry entrιes, including shrimp, are features of the
stir-fry station in the Dining Room of Earl's Lodge.
We offer a unique selection of
salads, soups and sandwiches. Try one of our pizzas; grilled
sandwiches; roasted meat selections; or delicious soups. Deli
sandwiches with potato salad are also available for those with
no time to spare from the slopes.
A wood-fired oven cooks your
specially ordered pizza to perfection, or stop at our grill for
a more traditional fare of burgers and hot dogs, served with
fries and cooked as you watch. Our Reuben's and hot pulled pork
sandwiches are popular and delicious. Make sure you leave room
for one of our scrumptious homemade pastries, pies or cakes, or
enjoy a fresh fruit bowl. Beverages are all self-serve with the
exception of our draft beers, two of which are microbrewed
especially for Snowbasin.
