Huntington Room

The elegant setting of the Huntington Room in Earl's Lodge is used year-round for banquets, weddings and corporate dinners.  In addition to the spectacular fireplace, the Huntington Room features an Italian glass green chandelier and pottery by Eileen Murphy. The Huntington Room is also home of the Huntington Bistro in the busy winter season.

Huntington Bistro - Located in Earl's Lodge, Huntington Bistro is open for lunch on busier days from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the peak winter season.

Huntington Bistro is the perfect compliment to a great day of skiing! Equally impressive to the elegant dining room is the simple yet tantalizing Bistro menu. Fares are divers in tradition and accompanied by a nice international wine selection. Specials reflect different parts of the world with classic Bistro offerings from Moules Frites to Tapas with a variety of delectable desserts. In an hour, guest can enjoy moderately priced classic fare in a relaxed full-service setting.
