Framed entirely by spruce logs from the Canadian forests, Earl's Lodge is 45,000 square feet of pure mountain luxury at the base, and is the embodiment of what a western ski lodge is supposed to be. Beyond the rich and inviting lobby of Earl's Lodge is the main dining room, used for the winter season as well for private functions and wedding all year round. The servery in Earl's Lodge is unlike any resort cafeteria with a front row view of the mountain face, granite counter tops, and six massive fireplaces add warmth, atmosphere, and delectable culinary offerings.
Our Chefs, Eric Byrd, and Scott Sniggs, work tirelessly to make sure that all of our culinary offerings are fresh and are home-made with 'from-scratch' attention to detail. Wood Fired Pizzas, Burgers, Potato & Salad Bar, and Fresh Home-Made Soups are just a few of the many staple items diners would expect to find on the menus. But, being that we are not your typical ski area cafeteria, we have our signature 'Must-Have' items that range from Vietnamese Hot-Pots (PHO), to ethnic noodle dishes, to specialty sandwiches, and chef carved roasted meats. Breakfast is also served daily offering up some fresh made pastries, and all the traditional hearty breakfast fare skiers crave. Espresso, draft & bottled beer, juice, cocoa & coffee, and soft drinks are also available.
